Dr. Abeles is a Board Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon and a fellow of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
He has maintained an active Orthopaedic practice since 1996 and he brings considerable expertise and experience to the medical legal community. With 20 years of litigation experience Dr. Abeles has testified as an orthopaedic expert witness over 100 times for both the plaintiff and defense in cases throughout the U.S.
He has written opinions and testified in the areas of orthopaedic injury, diagnosis, causation, apportionment, reasonable medical care and treatment, medical cost, need for further treatment, permanent damages, functional impairment, negligence and standard care of issues.
He is currently accepting patients for plaintiff treatment and medical legal defense.
